The aims of this workshop are

  • To help delegates develop a unique set of coping strategies for the workplace
  • To teach delegates how to use NLP techniques
  • To introduce mindfulness and meditation and how to use them in the workplace
  • To explore a host of practical skills from which delegates can create their own bespoke resilience toolkit
  • To invoke a sense of fulfilment and job satisfaction

Overall this workshop will increase resilience and foster longevity in the workplace


The specific course objectives are

  • To establish a professional, confidential environment
  • To examine the increasing need for resilience in the workplace
  • To facilitate a discussion regarding the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and the concept of integrating it into the workplace to facilitate wellbeing
  • To offer Guided Meditation. A practical exercise showing delegates how to quickly achieve a mindful state.
  • To teach a host of practical resilience tools including
    • NLP technques for
      • Communication skills
      • Managing conflict
      • Reframing internal narratives and core beliefs
    • Visualisation – cathartic cleansing techniques to ‘leave stress at work’
    • Developing positive mantra’s
    • Understanding the power of our daily rituals
    • Cultivating a state of acceptance – welcoming uncomfortable situations and recognising them as opportunities for personal growth
  • To present The Five-Point Rescue Plan framework. Delegates will learn how to deconstruct any problem and understand the limitations of the situation. The focus will be to concentrate on factors which can be changed and to develop their own plan to affect the most positive outcome. They will determine the nature of and overcome their resistance to change
